The Offer

The Women in Leadership Mentoring Pilot

A structured 3-month external mentoring program for women in mid-level and emerging leadership roles. Each participant is matched — by hand — with an experienced external mentor from our global network. Six private sessions. A relationship built on trust, candour, and real developmental goals. We design it, match it, and run it. You sponsor it and sign off on the outcome.

We get to know every participant: intake interview, profile review, and clear mentoring goals.

Six private 1:1 sessions per mentee, driven by her goals. Structured, confidential, purposeful.

A kick-off, a mid-program check-in, and a closing showcase, plus one included workshop.

Feedback, impact assessment, and a sponsor-ready report with outcomes and recommendations.
